Desert Coyote Production is bringing new authors into the fold. As a result of this, our focus is shifting away from being a strictly fantasy house and to a general literature approach. What this means for the reader? It means we'll be producing the best literary entertainment for you, regardless of the genre. As an example of this, our next forthcoming book is a work of literary fiction, rather than fantasy.
So, without further ado, join me in welcoming our new authors. You can find information on these great writers at the "Authors" link above.
Patty Wiseman
I met Patty through the East Texas Writers' Association (ETWA). She's probably the catalyst to the changes at DCP, as it was her idea to publish her upcoming book under my banner. Patty writes historical literary fiction, and has had short stories published in the past. I've been reading her novel as I've been typesetting it, and if you like drama you won't be disappointed. An Unlikely Arrangement is coming soon from DCP.
Jeannie Barber
Another fellow ETWA member, Jeannie is an accomplished poet. Writing is a passion when she's not pursuing her other passion, drag racing. Her first novel, Taste of Fire, will be coming soon from DCP.
In addition, Jeannie and collaborator Ann Alan are releasing a third book, a modern suspense title. Scent of Double Deception will also be coming soon from DCP.
In addition, DCP now has its own fan page on Facebook. There you can keep up with our three blogs, connect with the writers, and learn about our books. We'll also announce upcoming events and other such excitements there for the eager reading public.
To commemorate these huge changes, DCP has officially reduced the retail prices on our print editions of our current books in stock. You can now get The Advance Guard for $9.99, or Dinétah Dragon for $10.99! And as always, both books are also available through Kindle, Nook, and Goodreads' e-book outlets.
It's a new dawn at DCP. Join us and pick up the best in literary entertainment.
